Are WRTH1 items made to order?
Yes. Most WRTH1 pieces are made to order. This means once you place your order, we source the garment, add our designs and finishing details, and prepare it specifically for you. This process allows us to focus on quality and avoid unnecessary waste.

How long does production take?
Because items are made to order, please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Why does WRTH1 use a made-to-order system?
Producing items after an order is placed allows us to operate intentionally rather than mass producing large quantities. It helps us maintain quality, reduce waste, and focus on creating pieces that truly represent the brand.

How long does shipping take after production?
Once your item ships, delivery time will depend on your location. Most domestic orders within the United States arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

How do I know what size to order?
