WRTH1 Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting WRTH1. Every order helps build the movement and we take pride in delivering quality pieces to our community.

Order Processing

Many WRTH1 items are produced in small batches or made-to-order to maintain quality and reduce unnecessary waste. Because of this, orders may take additional time to prepare.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipment.

During high demand periods, launches, or pre-orders, processing times may extend to 7–14 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, customs processing, or seasonal shipping delays.


Pre-Orders / Made-to-Order Items

Some WRTH1 items are produced after an order is placed. This helps us create limited pieces and reduce excess production.

If your order includes a made-to-order or pre-order item, processing may take 7–14 business days before shipment.

You will always receive tracking information once your order leaves our facility.


Lost or Delayed Packages

WRTH1 is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If you need additional help, reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

WRTH1 is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
